Dear Partners in the Gospel,

Each of us knows the power of a love that is demonstrated by ministering to felt needs in people’s lives.  That wholistic ministry builds bridges that allow them to hear & respond to the Gospel.  There are few ministries out there that do the job better than CAMA Services.  CAMA has workers in some of the world’s hardest places, ministering with great compassion to the physical & spiritual needs of the most needy.



CAMA is funded entirely through the generous gifts of churches & individuals that have become familiar with Compassion And Mercy Associates.  A special Thanksgiving gift to the CAMA Advance Fund will allow CAMA to continue to drill wells for clean water, provide food for the starving, assist in micro-enterprise development and offer essential medical help in places like Hope Clinic.   CAMA personnel often come alongside other Alliance international workers to show & tell the Gospel in both word & deed.

As we move toward November, would you be willing to let your people know about CAMA and call on them to consider giving a one-time special gift?  I realize that there are many demands already made on our people to give.  I know that many are concerned about the troubling times in which we live.  But there is nothing like helping others to help us get the right perspective on what’s really important.   The Macedonians were commended to the Corinthians for their willingness to give sacrificially, despite their own legitimate needs (2 Cor.8-9).  When we serve “the least of these,” we serve the Lord Jesus Christ, Himself.


This November, please consider helping your church to step up & give generously so that CAMA can go out in Jesus’ name, and offer hope to those who have no hope.  Keep an eye out for the promotional material that will soon be coming from the National Office, giving you tools to assist in presenting this opportunity to your people.  Right now, just add it to your calendar as you lead your church in celebrating God’s rich grace in our lives.
